What is it and what are its benefits?

Cleaning the air, cleaning surfaces, cleaning you. It comes from the rind of the orange by cold pressing. As a citrus oil there will also be plenty of tasty recipes you can use it in. Immune System Support: That's right. Wild Orange can help support your immune system. During those winter months when your immune system seems to be compromised, try adding one or two drops to a capsule. You can also add it to your tea or water to support your immune system.

Mood Boost: We already talked about how diffusing Wild Orange can boost your mood. How about a little topical application to brighten your day? Add a few drops to your palm with equal parts Peppermint and Frankincense essential oils. Rub them all together then put the mixture on the back of your neck. Just remember there is the possibility of skin sensitivity. If you are concerned test a drop first, or dillute it with a carrier oil. It also increases photosentivity, so be careful if you apply it topically before going into the sun.
