Oregano: Immunity and Respiratory Support, Flavor, and So Much More
I can't let this month go by without singing the praises of Oregano. This month you can purchase it for 10% off through doTERRA. But this oil is worth getting even at full price. This is one you ALWAYS want to have on hand.
This is a potent oil. Be careful when using it. If you are using it in cooking, start by dipping a toothpick in the oil and adding it to the food, then gradually add more. If you are using it aromatically (inhaling or diffusing) a drop or two is plenty. If you are using it topically, make sure to dilute it.
This oil offers some great immunity support. It can also support healthy digestion and support your respiratory system. It also has powerful antioxidants. And if that isn't enough, it is great as a surface cleanser and purifier!

Immunity Support - Oregano is a great oil to take internally daily to support your immune system. You can put one drop in a veggie capsule daily to support your immune system. Respiratory Support - This is another big use of Oregano. Internal use of Oregano can support healthy respiratory function. Digestion Support - Oregano can also help support healthy digestion when taken internally. How does it do this? It promotes the secretion of digestive juices. You can take it in a veggie cap or dilute a drop in a glass of water and drink it.
Cooking - Of course you can use Oregano in your cooking! It adds such great flavor to so many dishes! As mentioned above, it is potent, so start small and gradually add it. Here are a few recipes you can try out.
Cleanser - The chemicals in Oregano make it a powerful surface cleanser and purifier. If you want a quick and easy DIY cleaner, just add 10 drops of Oregano to a 16-ounce spray bottle with water.
