On Guard for Immune Support

On Guard Oil Uses
Water - To enjoy the immune support of On Guard, it is best to ingest it. If you look at the back of the bottle, On Guard has a supplemental fact label. This means it is safe to ingest. The easiest way to do this is by adding a few drops to your water. Try about 1 drop to every 4-6 ounces.
Veggie Capsule - Another way to enjoy the internal benefits of On Guard is to put a drop or two in a veggie capsule. You can always add other oils to increase the benefit. Try adding some Oregano, Turmeric, Frankincense, or Lime.
Food - You can also cook with On Guard. You can do something as simple as soaking sliced apples in water with a few drops of On Guard. If you want to try something else here are a few recipes to try out.
Diffuse - Add On Guard to your diffuser to freshen the air. Oils like Wild Orange, Cinnamon, Peppermint, Black Pepper, and Harvest Spice are great pairings with On Guard.
Surface Cleaner - You can add several drops of On Guard to water to make a surface cleaner.
Hand Cleanser - You can also add a few drops of On Guard to Fractionate Coconut Oil for a natural, safe hand cleanser.

On Guard Beadlets: This is the On Guard oil in a small beadlet form. It is an easy way to enjoy the internal benefits of On Guard and you can take it anywhere. Just let one of two beadlets dissolve under your tongue.
On Guard Natural Whitening Toothpaste: My family has used this toothpaste for many years, and my children always get glowing reports from the dentist. This is a natural toothpaste that utilizes the benefits of On Guard oil. It contains Wild Orange, Clove, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary essential oils which are all cleansing.
