Magnolia Touch
Let's talk Magnolia Touch. Have you used it before? What do you think about it? When I hear magnolia, I can't help but think of the South and itsbeautiful trees. The blossoms on them are so delicate and beautiful. The beautiful flowers have been used in traditional Chinese health practices for a long time. They use them to help create a sense of balance in the body.
I could use more balance. How about you?
To extract the oil from the blossom they have to be picked early in the morning or late in the evening. But it is worth it. The major chemical consituent is Linalool. This can help with feelings of stress or anxiousness. There are also some studies that show Linalool exhibits antimicrobial and antifungal properties!
doTERRA takes Magnolia oil and combines it with Fractionated Coconut Oil. This means it is already diluted and ready to apply. This is one you only want to use topically.

Uses
So what are some ways to use Magnolia Touch?

Perfume - This is a big one. Did you know that the average woman wears 515 chemicals a day? Some of these are in your perfumes. Seriously. We need to stop buying that crap and putting it on our bodies. Magnolia is PERFECT for a pure scent that you can use in place of those toxin-filled perfumes. It has a fruity, floral aroma. You can use it by itself or combine it with other oils to customize the smell. Some oils that blend well with Magnolia are Bergamot, Jasmine, Melissa, Lemon, Ylang Ylang, Coriander, Wild Orange, Grapefruit, Lavender, Neroli, and Rose. Do you have a scent you like to combine with Magnolia?
Skin Comfort - Have a skin irritation? Try rolling Magnolia on the area to soothe the skin. It provides cleansing and moisturizing benefits to the skin.
Healthy Looking Skin - When you combine Magnolia with Bergamot or Ylang Ylang they can help promote healthy-looking skin. They will help keep skin clean and hydrated. This is a fantastic one to add to your daily skincare routine.
Calming - Feeling anxious? Roll Magnolia Touch on the bottoms of your feet to help create feelings of calm and relaxation. When anxious feelings arise, you can also apply it to your wrists or pulse points.

Bedtime Peace - This is a great one to use just before bedtime. Roll it into the palms of your hands and inhale the scent. It will help provide feelings of relaxation. You can try it alone or layer it with Lavender, Bergamot, Serenity, or whatever your favorite relaxing oil is.
Muscle Discomfort - This can be a great one to massage into muscles to ease strain and discomfort. Are your wrists tight from typing at a computer all day? Try massaging Magnolia Touch into them.
Cough - Magnolia Touch may even help ease discomfort from coughs. Try rolling it over the chest and back.
Circulation - Magnolia Touch may help promote healthy circulation when applied topically.
