I'm a big fan of teaching my kids life skills. Cooking. Cleaning. Finances. They need to know these things.

I also believe in teaching them how to be aware of their bodies, their emotions, and their needs. Not only do I teach them how to be aware of these things, but I teach them how to care for these things. That's why I was so excited when doTERRA launched their Kids Oil Collection. This collection helps kids recognize what they need and empowers them to care for that need. This kit is AMAZING!

Something else that is great about this kit is that adults can use it too. It is formulated and diluted for kids, but I know these blends have helped SO MANY adults as well.

So what's in the kit? Let's take a look.

Carrying Case with Carabiner: It comes with an awesome bag to take all of the oils with you. The carabiner makes it easy to clip it onto other things.

Silicone Toppers and Carabiners: The toppers are color coded to match the bottles. The carabiners make it easy for kids to clip them onto their backpack, purse, jacket...wherever is convenient.

Instruction Flashcards: These flashcards are WONDERFUL! They help kids know what blend to use for whatever they are feeling or experiencing at the moment. Talk about EMPOWERMENT!

Seven Unique Roller Bottles: These blends are specifically formulated for young minds, bodies, and emotions. Let's talk about each one, and some of the ways people use them. Many of these uses come from real-life people who shared with me their favorite uses for these.

A tool to help your child focus.

Thinker: This has Vetiver, Peppermint, Clementine, and Rosemary. It is designed to help people focus and get tasks done. People use this to help them focus, to help with that fuzzy brain feeling, and to help with brain fog. Roll it on your wrists or hands and inhale deeply. Thinker Video

A tool to help naturally calm down your child.

Calmer: This one includes Lavender, Cananga, Buddha Wood, and Roman Chamomile. It is blended to help promote calm and peace. This is great to help you calm down and unwind. People use it for anxiety, stress, relaxation, bedtime, and nap routines. Calmer Video

A tool to support your kids immune systems.

Stronger: Stronger contains Cedarwood, Litsea, Frankincense, and Rose. This is a protective blend to help support immune systems and promote resiliency. A lot of people have their kids use this one daily before school. Stronger Video

A tool to help with digestive issues from overeating, tummy aches, and car rides.

Tamer: This has Spearmint, Japanese Peppermint, Ginger, Black Pepper, and Parsley Seed. This blend is to help support the digestive system. doTERRA has DigestZen which is also for this purpose, but some people do not like the smell of DigestZen. Tamer is an excellent alternative. People use it to help with drainage, tummy aches, headaches, stuffy noses, sore muscles, colicky babies, motion sickness, heartburn, acid reflux, and overeating. Impressed yet? That's a lot of uses for one little bottle. Tamer Video

A tool to help with growing pains and aches from playing hard.

Rescuer: Rescuer contains Copaiba, Lavender, Spearmint, and Zanthoxylum. This blend is to help soothe and ease tired muscles and bodies. People have told me they use it for growing pains, joint pain, mosquito bites, anxiety, and tension. Rescuer Video

A tool to help your child feel grounded and have a healthy mindset.

Steady: This one includes Amyris, Balsam Fir, Coriander, and Magnolia. This is a grounding blend that helps balance and calm when feeling nervous. Someone told me they use Steady during homeschool to help change mindsets and help focus. People also use it to help get control of emotions and help create calm at nighttime. Steady Video

A tool to help your child tackle the tough days.

Brave: Brave contains Wild Orange, Amyris, Osmanthus, and Cinnamon. This one is to help promote courage and confidence when tackling daunting or intimidating tasks. It can also help with motivation. People use this to help them get through rough days, and someone said it has even helped with reflux. Brave Video

Another great thing about these oils is you can purchase them all together in the kit, or you can buy them individually.
