Fresh Baked Bread

Hello sweet friends!
Nothing is better than the smell of fresh baked bread.
I LOVE baking bread! I LOVE offering fresh homemade bread to my family with meals. It's truly an act of love. Baking bread is an activity that makes me feel calm and relaxed.
I sometimes use white flour from the grocery store, but I love when I have time to grind my own wheat. When I grind my wheat berries for bread, I use 50% fresh ground flour, and 50% regular white flour. If you choose to use all fresh ground flour, your bread can be pretty heavy and dense.
Have you ever researched the nutrition value of wheat berries? It's pretty fascinating, and there are some great videos on You Tube about it.

In case you were wondering, my wheat grinder is the NUTRIMILL brand.
I purchase my wheat berries at our local Amish store, or sometimes Amazon. Here is the link to my favorite Amazon wheat berries. Wheat berries on Amazon.
I have made some posts on social media, about bread baking, Quite a few of you have reached out asking for my bread recipe..
I'm going to share my FAVORITE one with you...the one that always turns out well, and that my family loves.
