$100 for 1 Week of Food

I did the feed your family for $100/week challenge....
That is getting HARD with current grocery prices.
3 balanced meals plus 1 snack a day.
6 people + usually a couple extra kids.
Here are the results with recipes, and notes I took on my phone.
I hope you enjoy!
Day 1
- Breakfast: Hard boiled eggs, granola bars, orange juice
- Lunch: Chili dogs, chips, apple slices
- Dinner: Charcuterie, crackers, cheese, salami, grapes, pretzel rods
- Snack: Brownies

Day 2
- Breakfast: Oatmeal applesauce bars (recipe here)
- Lunch (Picnic at the pool): PBJ sandwiches, dill popcorn, organic fruit strips, juice pouches
- Dinner: Baked potato bar, diced ham cubes, chives, sour cream, butter and salt
- Snack: Watermelon

Day 3
- Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with onions and peppers, sliced bananas
- Lunch: Toasted bagels with smoked ham spread, pretzels, grapes
- Dinner: Tomato lentil soup (recipe here), homemade bread
- Snack: Peanut butter pretzel bars (recipe here)

Day 4
- Breakfast: Pancakes, applesauce
- Lunch: Bean burritos, toppings - onions, cheese, sour cream, cilantro (recipe here)
- Dinner: Chicken legs, roasted sweet potatoes, stuffing
- Snack: Fresh veggies and dip, broccoli, peppers, cucumbers

Day 5
- Breakfast: Corned beef hash, eggs, avocado with everything bagel seasoning
- Lunch: Leftovers from previous meals this week
- Dinner: Mexican rice bowls, toppings- cheese, salsa, sour cream, fresh cilantro
- Snack: Grapes and watermelon

Day 6
- Breakfast: Oatmeal with apples and cinnamon
- Lunch: Tuna sandwiches, carrot sticks, pretzels
- Dinner: Cheesy Potato Chowder, homemade bread
- Snack: Bananas and apples
